What sets you apart from other party companies?

All of our performers are trained professionals that work/ formerly worked at the most popular theme parks in Southern California and regional theatres around the world.  We hire top quality performers who have extensive experience with children. Our connection with the children is one of our top priorities!  Having taught children’s dance, the owner knows the importance of having a genuine relationship with each child and how to make it an event to remember!  In addition, our costumes and wigs are of highest quality! You will be amazed by the detail and authenticity of the gowns!  

 

 

 

What areas do Castle & Co. Entertainment service?
We serve the San Diego area in California!  We travel to Bankers Hill, Bonita, Cardiff, Carlsbad, Carmel Valley, Chula Vista, Clairemont, College Area, Coronado, Del Mar, Del Sur, Downtown, Eastlake, El Cajon, Encinitas, Escondido, 4S Ranch, Hillcrest, Imperial Beach,Kearny Mesa, La Jolla, La Mesa, Lakeside, Lemon Grove, Linda Vista, Mira Mesa, Miramar, Mission Valley, National City, Ocean Beach, Oceanside, Pacific Beach, Point Loma, Poway, Rancho San Diego, Rancho Santa Fe, Rancho Bernardo, San Marcos, Santaluz, Santee, Solana Beach, Spring Valley, Tierrasanta, University City, University Heights, and Vista!  There is a travel fee if located more than thirty minutes from our base location in Poway.  We will also travel out of San Diego for an additional travel fee. These costs are to be paid up front and will be clearly specified prior to the event.

 

 

How many guests should I invite?

We recommend having no more than 15 child guests.  If you’re planning on having more, we recommend booking a second princess!

 

 

Are your parties appropriate for all ages? 

Totally! Our basic package is geared toward children ages 2-9, but our activities can be adjusted to accommodate older or younger guests too! 

 

 

Where is the best place to hold my party? 

Our parties can be tailored to both indoor and outdoor parties. While our performers love to entertain outside, due to the high quality of our costumes and wigs, we request that in the event of inclement weather our performers be provided with an indoor setting to entertain.If held outdoors, a shaded area is required for the performer for the duration of the event.  If you are holding your event at a park, you are also required to arrange close parking for the entertainer.   

 

Do you accept gratuity? 

Absolutely. Our princesses and royal assistants are highly trained. Gratuity is never required but always appreciated, should you wish to reward our performers for their excellent service! 

 

Do I need to provide anything for the performer?

Our princesses and royal assistants bring everything they need to host your party! All we ask if you provide a table and chairs (a place to do glitter tattoos), an open space to set up and play, and water for our performer! Everything else will be taken care of by us! 

 

When should I have my Princess(es) arrive? 

We find that it's best to have the Princess arrive 15-30 minutes after the party has begun so that all the party guests have time to settle in and any late comers won't miss the beginning of the festivities.

 

 

How far in advance should I book my party?  

We ask you to book AT LEAST a month in advance. Plus, the further out you book, the more likely you are to get the date, time, and princess you've requested! We do not always accept last minute bookings. 

 

 

How does the booking process work?

You may book your event using our online reservation system or by giving us a call at ‪(858) 208-3289.  A deposit is due to secure your spot.  You will then receive an email to confirm your reservation.  A few days prior to your event, you will receive a call from your princess to go over any last-minute details and answer any questions you may have.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

Deposits are non-refundable. If rescheduling is needed, we will work with you to determine an alternate date for your party.  While extremely unlikely, we reserve the right to cancel any appearance due to injury of the performer or the performer’s family. In this case, the booking deposit will be put towards a new available event date.

 

Can I request a specific performer for my event?

We do our best to comply with requests for specific performers to portray any character. However, we cannot always guarantee that a particular performer will be available.  Thank you for understanding!

It is not the intention of Castle and Co. Entertainment to violate any copyright laws. All characters are not name brand copyrighted characters. Castle & Co. Entertainment characters are generic and we can only accept bookings from individuals who are aware that we DO NOT represent any licensed character. If you are requiring a licensed, copyrighted character for your event, you should contact the company/copyright holders.
